Before you write — take a look at the forum. Your question may already have been answered, or other users can help directly.
For bug reports it helps if you include the version of your app (found under Settings → About KnitYourPhoto) and your iPadOS or iOS version. Screenshots can also help with diagnosis — the file attachment accepts PDF, image and text files up to 5 MB.
